AFI Ploiesti encourages children to learn more about the cultural traditions of Romania!
On November 30, a time for celebrating St. Andrew’s Day and the official beginning of winter, we invite children to participate in a wheat sowing workshop. The wheat is a symbol of wealth, of prosperity one of life in the Romanian popular tradition.
For 2 hours, kids will be sowing wheat, will enjoy seasonal fruits and will get a shot at the draw, where they can win the event’s mascot St. Andrew’s Wolf or a party at MaxFun.
The event is for children ages 4-12.
